@jemostrom @JohnPhilpin - Agreed. This guy's a jerk. He's done a pretty good job of hijacking the entire conversation to be about that term, rather than anything substantive. It's unfortunate that the video doesn't give us any of the context leading up to the interaction (and keeps cutting), but I have little doubt he was being a jerk to her just beforehand. She called him out on it and unfortunately he just used that as an excuse to contiue to be a jerk.
